I always return to this cozy place with helpful staff. WiFi, car park, dryer, kettle, cookware, TV - everything I need. Non-smoking adults only. They also gave me the local taxi number when I first stayed. See you at Christmas!

The location of these apartments couldn't be better! It's just a short walk to all the attractions and the lively shops, bars, and restaurants of The Lanes. The interior is modern and well-designed, with plenty of mirrors and lights. Plus, there are board games provided for some fun entertainment. The apartment is clean and stylish, and has all the necessary facilities for a comfortable stay, like a fridge and a shower.
The noise from the surrounding area can be quite loud at night.

We had a seamless check-in process with clear instructions on how to access the property. The apartment was spacious and well-maintained, with a modern and homely interior. The location was absolutely amazing, allowing us to easily explore the nearby attractions like the Lanes, Pavilion, and the beach. We also appreciated the nice touches like plenty of mirrors and lights, as well as a board game provided for entertainment.

our family stayed at a fantastic spot in brighton, steps away from great restaurants, bars, and the waterfront. the hosts were attentive and made sure we had seamless access to the property. the apartment was clean, stylish, and had everything we needed for our stay. it exceeded our expectations and we had a wonderful time.

the location was perfect for exploring the vibrant area, as well as the nearby Pavilion and the beach. the apartment itself was clean and tidy, with all the necessary amenities. the kitchen was well-equipped for cooking meals, and the bathroom even had a washer/dryer, which was a great convenience. the hosts provided clear instructions for key collection and made the whole process easy for us. it was a great spot for a short getaway to Brighton. Cons: Nothing, all great! 😊.

The location of this apartment was absolutely fantastic! It was situated right in the heart of Brighton, only a short stroll away from both the beautiful Brighton Beach and the lively Hove Beach. It felt like being in the middle of all the action, just like being in the front row of a thrilling concert. The convenience of being so close to all the popular points of interest truly made our stay memorable.

The value for money at this place was excellent, and the room itself was really nice - modern and cozy. The location couldn't have been better - right in the heart of the Lanes, close to all the attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even better.
Morning meal could have been improved with a wider variety of options.

I recently stayed at East Street Apartments, The Lanes in Brighton for a few nights and I couldn't have asked for a better location. Despite the noise at night, the convenience of being steps away from fantastic restaurants, bars, music venues, shopping, and the waterfront was well worth it. The hosts were incredibly thoughtful, providing clear instructions for seamless key collection and access to the property. The apartment itself was clean, stylish, and had all the amenities I needed. Plus, the TV channels were great!
